Delivery within the European Union is free.

Delivery for the rest of the World is 12 pounds.

All items shipped by post office. 

GREECE
Delivery to Greece takes 2-3 days however if you choose the option to pay cash on delivery- it might take up to 7 working days and the customer would be able to pay directly to the ACS currier.

BRAZIL
Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF). To avoid any possible delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.
Please note, orders over 2999 USD require formal customs clearance. We recommend that you hire a broker to ensure you comply as your purchase could be confiscated if you fail to do this.

GAZA
All orders to Gaza are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.

SOUTH KOREA
All South Korean postcodes must now be 5 digits.
To avoid any possible delays, make sure your postcode is entered correctly when placing your order.

As clearance procedures vary between Chinese gateways, please contact your local DHL on the telephone numbers below to receive further information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. 

INSURANCE
V Society insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by V Society and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES
Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations. Please note taxes and duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
To receive a RMA number please email us at vsociety2@gmail.com and inform us what is the reason of return/exchange : if the item is faulty please provide details why. If you’d like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, choose a replacement size. At the moment we are able to refund you via paypal only as this is the only payment option for now. 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. 
- You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Either email vsociety2@gmail.com or write to us at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, V Society, VP Fashion Group LTD, Studio 2, Rear of 57-59 Falkland Road, London EN5 4LQ, United Kingdom. 
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please complete this on the returns pro forma invoice that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly. 
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at V Society, VP Fashion Group LTD, Studio 2, Rear of 57-59 Falkland Road, EN5 4LQ, London, United Kingdom, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. 
- Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. 
-All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. 
- We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. 
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order, as described above. 

EXCHANGES
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. 
Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via sales@thevsociety.com email, and specify the new size you require. 
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new piece separately. 


RECEIVING A REFUND
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through THEVSOCIETY.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. 
Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted. 

OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all V Society garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please email vsociety2@gmail.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without V Society tags. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender. 

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact vsociety2@gmail.com

COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on V-SOCIETY.MYSHOPIFY.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. 
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. 
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Product boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. 
Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled under the DSRs.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions (”Conditions of Sale”) shall apply to all sales of products that the customer (”Customer”) may order over the internet from the online store (”Online Store”) of VP FASHION GROUP LTD ( Registration Number 09861850 ), having its registered seat at Studio 2, Rear of 53-59 Falkland Road, London EN5 4LQ, United Kingdom (”Enterprise”).
The Conditions of Sale aim to set forth in a clear, lucid and comprehensive manner, the terms and conditions governing the relationships between the Enterprise and the Customer, in accordance to the applicable Law. 
The Customer is asked to read carefully the Conditions of Sale before using this website. If the Customer does not agree to these Conditions of Sale he/she should immediately discontinue any use of this website, since any and all uses or/and transactions hereinafter with the Enterprise through the Online Store presupposes the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Conditions of Sale.

PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY
Only individuals who have reached the age of eighteen (18) and have legal capacity to enter into contracts may order products through the Online Store. If the Customer is under the age of eighteen or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, he/she must have his/her parent or guardian place an order on his/her behalf and thereby assent to these Conditions of Sale. Any orders placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The entire content of the website, including pictures, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, overall layout, services provided and products and in general all files of the Online Store are the intellectual property, industrial designs, trade names, distinctive marks, signs, symbols and registered trademarks and service marks of the Enterprise and its providers and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as those of international agreements, protocols and conventions. Any other product or service mentioned in the Online Store bearing trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, associates, authorities, unions or publishers constitute their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore the latter bear all corresponding liability.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Enterprise acknowledges the importance of the security of the Customer’s personal data, as well as his/her online transactions and takes all necessary steps with the most modern and advanced methods, in order to ensure maximum safety. All information related to the Customer’s personal information and his/her transactions are secure and confidential. However, although the Enterprise has taken all necessary steps, the protection of the Customer’s personal information cannot be totally ensured and in case of loss of information the Enterprise can bear no liability. 
The Enterprise confirms that it will not use the Customer’s personal data for any use not explicitly authorized by him/her, nor will it send or disclose the said data to third parties (natural persons or legal entities) not affiliated with the Enterprise without his/her prior explicit and specific consent to do so, unless such disclosure is required for execution of the Customer’s order or is mandatory by law.
The Enterprise allows the Customer to have access to the file where his/her personal data have been collected and stored as per the above and allows the Customer to rectify, delete, amend and supplement the data and information he/she has submitted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
The Enterprise tries to ensure that the information provided in this website is accurate, complete and renewed. However, the information, specifications and colours of this website may differ and are subject to change without notice. In particular, the Enterprise does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information contained on this website or that the use of this website will be uninterrupted, or that this website is error-free and virus-free.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The products of the Enterprise are sold through the present Online Store. The product’s characteristics and other accompanied information are available to the Customer and he/she can consult these by following the instructions available in the Online Store when buying through the Online Store. 
All prices indicated at the Enterprise’s website include VAT (20%). The prices refer to products and quantity of products available in the Enterprise’s warehouse. Shipping costs, as well as customs duty or other taxes are not included in the price indicated next to the product.
Although the Enterprise tries to verify the accuracy of the information and prices it places on the Online Store, it cannot eliminate the possibility of misprint in pricing or product information.
The Online Store reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

PRODUCT ORDER/ CANCELATION
The submission of a product order constitutes a binding purchase offer of the said product at the total price indicated at the time of the order submission, including V.A.T., shipping expenses and other in detail indicated fees. The Customer’s order becomes final upon confirmation from the Enterprise through e-mail at the e-mail address he/she has indicated upon submission of the said order.
The Customer may cancel the order which has already been submitted but has not yet been delivered. In order to proceed with an order cancelation the Customer should send an e-mail to vsociety2@gmail.com. This option is available to the Customer until the moment the Enterprise notifies the Customer of the dispatch of his/her order. Following that point in time cancellation will no longer be possible.

PAYMENT 
The Customer may pay the products he/she bought with one of the following methods:
A. PayPal
When choosing payment through PayPal the Customer will be forwarded to PayPal webpage (secure online transaction system) where he/she can pay either with his/her credit/debit card or through his/her PayPal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in the Enterprise’s system.

PRODUCTS’ SHIPMENT 
The ordered products are carefully packed, in order to be available for delivery at the Enterprise’s premises. The Customer may choose, at his/her own expense and liability, the shipment of the products by courier to another address indicated by him/her during submission of his/her order. 
The estimation of delivery cost depends on the residence. For delivery in countries other than European Union taxes and import duties are an extra cost charged to the Customer/recipient. In such case charges vary, depending on the applicable taxes of each country.
The estimation of delivery time, which may not exceed in case of express service two to three (2-3) working days and in case of regular service five to seven (5-7) working days, is indicated by the Enterprise at the written acceptance of the Customer’s order and is sent via e-mail. Delivery time of the products is subject to availability of the products and to force majeure. In case of exceeding delivery time the Enterprise shall inform the Customer accordingly by e-mail or telephone in order for him/her to notify the Enterprise of whether he/she wishes, under these circumstances, for his/her order to proceed.

WITHDRAWAL 
The Customer has the right to renege on his/her contract, without penalty and without justification, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and return the purchased products to the Enterprise. In this case shipping charges for products to be returned shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer may exercise his/her right to renege on the contract by sending a letter to the Enterprise’s e-mail: sales@thevsociety.com within two (2) working days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the products returned are accompanied with the original invoice and the products are in the same condition as received, undamaged and certainly not used and are sent back in the original packaging and the original tags, which shall not be opened or violated. Consequently, the Enterprise cannot accept returns of items, which are damaged, used or without their original packaging or tags unless the damage is due to a flaw. For this reason it is advisable that the Customer checks carefully at the time of the order delivery the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects.

After receiving and checking the products and their packaging and under the condition they are returned in the same condition as received, the Enterprise is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Customer, in the same way as the payment, after deduction of the delivery costs, within (thirty) 30 days from the date the Enterprise receives the products.

PARTIES LIABILITY
The Customer, by accepting the Conditions of Sale and by navigating through the Online Store, responsibly declares that he/she is legally eligible to enter into the present contract and make use of the Online Store under the terms and conditions provided herein, as well as that he/she is financially liable for any and all use of the Online Store. Furthermore, he/she declares that he/she is responsible for the use of his/her Online Store account by others (including persons co-habituating with the Customer) and therefore he/she agrees to supervise all use of the Online Store made by under-aged persons using the Customer’s account or name.
The Enterprise, including its advisors and employees, is solely liable for fraud and gross negligence and solely for damages incurred and its liability may not exceed the value of the sold products. 

AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Enterprise may amend the Conditions of Sale by updating this website, with the amended terms taking effect for all users as of the date stated on the website.

GOVERNING LAW
The Customer’s transactions through the Online Store are governed by UK law, EU Law, as well as the relevant international conventions, as in force. Any dispute that occurs from the Customer’s transaction through the Online Store shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.
